A: We take instruction from the designated next-of-kin. This is usually a parent, spouse or adult child of the deceased.


Q: Are you International Undertakers?

A: No, we have no desire to compete with established companies operating in this field.


Q: What is the minimum timeframe for translating written documents?

A: 12 hours.


Q: Do you liaise with foreign Embassies?

A: Yes; we are in regular contact with foreign Embassies in Bangkok.


Q: How do we pay for your services?

A: We have a number of options, including Paypal, Bank transfer or Western Union. Details are explained further when we submit our invoice.


Q: Do you accept payments from Insurance companies?

A: Yes, but some policies are limited in their level of cover.


Q: How do I move the ashes home?

A: Our Urns come with a protective casket for transit purposes.


Q: Do you offer funeral arrangements for those planning ahead?
